Hike Messenger - India's Answer to Whatsapp

Recently, I heard about a new messenger in the market called Hike. Similar to Whatsapp in terms of messaging functionality, it is slated to be India's answer to the world of instant messaging platforms. And above all, it is being built, developed and backed by one of the telecom powerhouse in India, Bharti Airtel, with the son of the chairman, Kavin Bharti Mittal being the brainchild behind this brand new messenger.

Google "Hike" to know more about the history of the messenger, the developer behind it, the features it has, the platforms on which it is available and also to know more about the unique feature of sending sms through the same messenger as well.

Hi Paritosh,

Thanks for the quick comment. I would inform my readers to reach to you in case of any questions.

Currently I am a bit disappointed in terms of Hike not available for Blackberry phones. Could you throw some light on the same?
